Load One Transportation & Logistics is now hiring W2 company drivers for both tractors and straight trucks. Position Options:
🚛 Tractor Drivers:
1 year of OTR experience required
Out minimum 2-3 weeks at a time
Must have safe/legal home parking for truck & trailer
🚚 Straight Truck Drivers:
6 months of OTR experience required
Out minimum 2-3 weeks at a time
Must have safe/legal home parking for truck
Both positions offer:
W2 employment
Freightliner equipment
Paid holidays (after 90 days)
Medical benefits (after 90 days)
Vacation (after 1 year)
Bereavement pay
401(k) with company match
Pay:
Solo: 28% of line-haul revenue
Team: 34% split
Includes % of stop and layover pay
Detention: 50% of what Load One collects
Per Diem: Up to $69/day, tax-free
